You guys contract needs to be pushed to say in hard dedicated language that penalties are real and costly to the employer(s).That ever dollar lost 50 cents will be added per dollar / of revenue lost./misplaced etc….Lawyers should get the proper wording ( easy for everyone to understand ) in the contract. Trust me you get something like that they will fix the problem and punish anyone who breaks the rule.
