Communities United for Police Reform had some advice for a panel appointed by Police Commissioner James P. O’Neill to review the NYPD’s disciplinary policies and practices.
“If this panel is serious about its mandate, they should look at the Delrawn Small case,” Loyda Colon of the Justice Committee said at a press conference June 27 outside City Hall.
