The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is accepting applications for bus maintainers through Aug. 15 for multiple-choice and practical exams expected to begin in late November.
Depending on the location of the posting, the starting salary range is $25.37 to $33.84 per hour for a 40-hour work week. After four to six years of service, salaries increase from $36.24 to $39.81, also depending on posting. There is no application fee.
