The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is accepting applications for bus maintainers/mechanics through Nov. 15 for multiple-choice exams and skills testing are expected to take place Jan. 27 and Jan. 28.
The starting salary is $33.84 per hour for a 40-hour work week. After four to six years of service, salaries increase to $39.81. The application fee is $85.
