Governor Cuomo recently created a ball of confusion by making "in-person higher-education instructors" in the City and State University systems eligible to begin receiving the coronavirus vaccine, leaving the unions representing employees worried that those in non-instructional titles who are on college campuses were not.
Mr. Cuomo should state clearly that those doing their work in-person, regardless of job title, can get the vaccine. They're taking the risk just as much as those standing in a classroom are.
