Cuomo Sets Feb. 13 Vaccine Deadline For Reluctant Health-Care Workers

This is the last week for New York hospital workers to get their initial COVID vaccine shot before a supply that was set aside for them is reallocated for individuals with underlying health conditions and co-morbidities, Governor Cuomo told reporters at his Feb. 8 briefing.

The deadline was set as the state announced it had reached the critical 75-percent threshold for vaccinating front-line health care workers at a point when the vaccine remains in short supply.
