A review by the NYPD found that a Police Officer was not discouraged from filing a complaint against a top city official who flung curses at her, according to The Daily News.
Fidel Del Valle, who heads the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings and is its Chief Judge, gushed a stream of obscenities when the officer, not knowing who he was, asked what his purpose was at City Hall, where she was stationed.
