The state Department of Transportation is accepting applications through the end of the year for Highway Maintenance Workers and Highway Maintenance Worker Trainees for permanent assignments in several counties. The annual pay range is $38,384 to $42,895. Depending on the location, some posts have additional pay adjustments.
Positions are available throughout the state, including in Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties.
