The state Department of Transportation is accepting applications through the end of the year for highway maintenance workers and trainees.
Positions are available throughout the state, including in Rockland, Westchester, Orange and other counties. Salaries vary according to location and positions but the minimum is $54,781, including geographic pay differentials. Some posts have additional pay adjustments.
