The head of NYC Health + Hospitals and city health officials affirmed that the public-hospital system has a three-month supply of personal protective equipment in preparation for a second wave of the coronavirus.
At a Nov. 5 City Council hearing, Mitchell Katz, H+H’s President and CEO, stated that each of the 11 municipal hospitals has 90 days' worth of N95 masks, protective gowns and other PPE.
