To the Editor: I'm glad that Thomas P. Cunningham has long been a retired NYPD Captain, given his views on marijuana (April 2 letter).
Marijuana never killed anybody unless you count traffic accidents caused by impaired drivers. But if that were a reason for keeping it illegal, you'd have to bring back Prohibition.
