Shaun Francois’ win in the re-run officer election of District Council 37’s Local 372 has been upheld by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees’ judicial panel.
Francois won his fourth term in the Sept. 12 do-over election, which was ordered by the judicial panel after the union’s June contest was voided because of low turnout due to air quality issues.
