The MTA is accepting applications for subway train operators through Dec. 31 for multiple-choice tests scheduled for May 18 or 19.
The current minimum salary is $38.61 per hour for a 40-hour work week. Benefits include, but are not limited to, night and weekend salary differentials, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, a comprehensive medical plan and a pension plan. The application fee is $91.
