The city plans open-competitive exams for 58 civil-service job titles between now and the end of June, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services announced.
Many exams have three-week eligibility periods, meaning that’s how long you have to apply to take the test, Others have eligibility periods of up to six months. For some positions, such as Police Officer, DCAS gives a new exam every month.
