It doesn’t take a scientific savant and medical genius like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to believe that President Donald Trump is showing some signs of dementia. His moronic stream of consciousness at the United Nations was not just inappropriate for that forum, but was a narcissistic screed that made no sense except for declaring political war against all the nations on earth except for the autocracies and dictatorships controlled by Trump’s friends. Trump is looking more and more like King George III every day.
