The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear a case from four city public school teachers opposing the coronavirus vaccine mandate.
The educators argued that the vaccine requirement violated their due process rights by making it impossible for them to teach. But the justices refused to get involved in the debate, rejecting the case without comment.
