To life and birth

On both the micro and macro levels, the combination of birthright citizenship and exceptionally high abortion rates among the native population constitutes a significant travesty for our nation. It’s ironic that California Attorney General Rob Bonta prioritizes birthright citizenship for 20,000 babies annually but neglects denying birth rights to 179,660 babies annually.

I believe the right to life is a fundamental right that surpasses the claim of birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court has heard the case for birthright citizenship.

Three justices, Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson ( SKJ ) are determined to ensure a woman’s right to abortion and deny the baby personhood until birth. Yet, once that baby has passed through the birth canal, they are equally adamant about granting that baby the full rights of an American citizen, even if the baby’s parents just flew to the States that afternoon for the delivery.

If that logic applies to SKJ and many other women, it’s no surprise that 179,660 babies are killed in California annually through abortion and 20,000 foreign-born babies are granted citizenship.

This is a travesty for our nation, and I’d judge its population unfit from a Darwinian perspective. If the trend continues, it’ll lead to a major demographic shift.

SKJ are not concerned about progeny, but aren’t there women remaining who follow the inscription in Genesis 1:28? God says to Adam and Eve, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth…”

Maybe not. In which case, such a people deserve to be replaced by a more ambitious, assertive type whose mothers brave an airplane ride to give birth in this country.
