Several months into the pandemic, there's a significant lack of compliance by city agencies with the coronavirus workplace guidelines that have been issued by the de Blasio administration, union leaders told a City Council panel Nov. 20.
The virus has killed close to 300 city civil servants and sickened thousands more, with an undetermined number suffering long-term coronary, respiratory, and nervous-system complications, union officials testified.
