Yes I agree with Ms. Dubnau stance on rent increases in NYC.
It is blatantly clear that the Mr. "One Time" Mayor Adams and his administration is seeking kickbacks from the money hungry building Landlords who owns the rental properties.
Mr. Adams became visibly upset with Ms. Dubnau because she blew his cover.
Mr. Adams is a lair and a crook.
Just like the kickbacks he was anticipating to receive from the Medicare Advantage Plan that would have an adverse effect on the hundreds of thousands of City retirees .
I cannot wait for his mayoral term to soon come to an end...
