A steal attempt

Posted

Our President is attempting to steal the 2026 mid-term election by vicious gerrymandering and bald-faced bribery.

He earlier set in motion bribes like $1,776 payments to military personnel, $50,000 sign-up bonuses to ICE agents, and $2,000 payments to the middle class and poor. He has also just announced a deal to put a 10 percent interest cap on credit card debt for the months right before the election.

In America, unscrupulous candidates in the wild west used to steal elections by providing drunkards with free booze on election day, until laws were passed. In 21st Century America, billionaire politicians are just buying up every sacred right the people used to possess, including a free press (newspaper monopolies), free speech (billion-dollar defamation suits), elections, immigration rights, unionization rights, even religious freedom (evangelical Christian nationalism).

And there seems to be little will to stop it all.

Donald J. Trump believes the American people are either so stupid that they do not get what he is doing or so corrupt that they do not care. He said he could go out on Fifth Avenue, shoot someone, and lose no support from his base. He just orchestrated that in Minneapolis and he was right

Kimball, Trump's election theft is even worse than gerrymandering and bribery. PBS News Hour reported last night that DOGE staffers illegally downloaded the Social Security records of all living and dead Americans - over 500 million individuals - to an AWS Cloud server.

PBS also reported that the Trump Administration fired SSA Chief Data Officer Chuck Borges for blowing the whistle on DOGE's illegal activities. In Borges' case of unlawful dismissal under the Whistleblower Protection Act, the Trump Administration had to amend its' filing to include the following statement:

"one DOGE employee at SSA signed an agreement with an unnamed political advocacy group to analyze voter rolls to -- quote -- "find evidence of voter fraud and to overturn election results in certain states."

In short, DOGE stole SS records, sold those records to a political group that intends to use the information to scrutinize voter rolls and where possible overturn election results. This is what MAGA democracy looks like. Steal elections while crying that elections are being stolen.
