Actions with no justification

To the editor:

Yes, Robert Sica, America is brimming with hate, and the president you support is one of the biggest contributors to it.

He's expressed hatred for Mexicans, Haitians, Muslims, James Comey, Robert Mueller and others too numerous to name. The equivalent of a Trump supporter criticizing hatred would be David Duke criticizing racism.

Not only is criticism of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not anti-Jewish, it's not even anti-Israel. Just as criticism of Vladimir Putin is not anti-Russian, criticism of Volodymyr Zelensky is not anti-Ukraine and criticism of Trump is not anti-American.

Denying Green Cards to would-be migrants because of their political views conflicts with this country's claim to be a beacon of free speech. Not to mention that it's also an attempt by Trump to rig future elections by only letting in people he thinks will vote Republican.

It's a slam-dunk that Sica will twist logic into a pretzel to justify Trump' actions that have no justification.

Mr. Warren, I have no doubt that Robert Sica would defend Trump even if Sica caught Trump on his ring doorbell camera breaking into the Sica home, stealing the contents and burning the house to the ground as he left. The defense would be something like "Trump must have had a good reason".

Your letter is mostly subjective, except for the spelling of your name.

However, you mentioned anti-Jewish and anti-Israel sentiment, which are the subjects I’ll address.

Your theory that criticizing Netanyahu isn’t anti-Jewish or anti-Israel is absurd. It actually encourages people to spray swastikas on Holocaust memorials due to disagreements over Israeli policy.

Protesters don’t surround synagogues chanting “intifada revolution” because they’re engaged in nuanced geopolitical debate.

AI-generated fake rabbis spreading conspiracy theories to millions online aren’t advocating peace in Gaza.

The response to hate cannot solely consist of increasing security cameras outside synagogues, although security is undoubtedly important. A thriving society treats antisemitism not as a marginal issue, but as an early indicator of democratic erosion itself.

In essence, this involves implementing legal measures to combat intimidation and violence, holding universities and online platforms accountable for their actions, and refraining from using eliminationist rhetoric, regardless of who spreads it (get the big picture).

Richard Warren, a befuddled-character, has been engaging in character assassination for years. To his credit, he has succeeded in self-identification—which in psychology terminology is the conscious process by which an individual recognizes, categorizes, and defines their own identity.

Richard Warren and reenjoe are right when they say Sica (WordMan) will find some ridiculous justification for Trump’s evil and anti-democracy cult doctrine. 86 - 47 - 25, ASAP

Only a hateful person like Gorman would post something like “86 - 47 - 25, ASAP.” He’s clearly insane.

One more point, Liberals accuse Trump supporters of being cultists, violent, and hateful. Well, read Gorman’s letters and posts and tell me who is “the cultist, violent, and hateful."
