The city is giving tests six days a week for prospective Police Officers. Applicants do not need to register for the tests, simply show up at one of the city’s testing centers when one is scheduled. The filing fee, which was recently reinstituted, is $40.
The schedule, which runs through March 9, has exams Monday at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. and 6 p.m., Wednesday at 6 p.m., Thursday at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Friday at 6 p.m., and Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Watch www.nypdrecruit.com to see whether tests are scheduled beyond March 9.
