District Council 9 will be conducting two formal apprentice recruitments in the coming weeks.
The first, for structural steel and bridge painter apprentices, will begin March 24. The recruitment will be conducted at the union’s training center in Long Island City, and will cover the New York City, Long Island and Hudson Valley regions. The recruitment will last through April 4.
