Harassment, discontent pervasive within the FDNY, survey finds

The FDNY is struggling to maintain a culture of camaraderie and cohesion within its firehouses, with female and Black firefighters in particular contending with harassment and white firefighters bucking against efforts to diversity the department, according to results of a long-delayed firefighter climate survey.
