To the editor:
The revelation that President Joe Biden might cut subsidies for Medicare Advantage answers my question.
The subsidies are a result of a presidential policy.
Now, it's bad enough that many Democrats won't support Medicare-for-all. It's worse that the president provides subsidies for programs that push in the opposite direction.
