A second former FDNY chief was sentenced to prison for accepting tens of thousands of dollars in bribes in exchange for expediting building inspections. 

Anthony Saccavino, formerly chief of the FDNY’s Bureau of Fire Prevention, was given a 36-month term Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Lewis J. Liman, who also ordered him to serve out two years of supervised release, pay $150,000 in fines and forfeit $57,000.
