A supervisor at Horizon Juvenile Center who previously pleaded guilty to assaulting a 16-year-old detainee was sentenced to time served and two years’ post release supervision by a federal judge Thursday.
Daquan Seymour, 34, an associate youth development specialist, was charged in July 2023 for beating the teen following a confrontation between several staffers and juvenile residents at the Bronx facility.
